열쇠

세상을 구원하는 열쇠가 있다면 그것이 무엇일까.
그 세상이란 그저 ‘나’를 뜻한다. 그것은 ‘너’일수도 있고 ‘우리’일 수도 있다.
내가 가지고 있는 나의 생각과 고민이 잠긴 마음을 열 수 있는 열쇠가 되길 바란다.
아무리 열려 해도 열리지 않은 문이, 보잘 것 없는 작은 열쇠로 열리듯이 이 작품이 그런 역할이 되면 좋겠다.
아주 좁고 어두운 동굴에서 오늘 밤도 훌쩍이고 있을 친구들에게 이 작품을 바친다.

If there were a key to saving the world, what would it be?
That world simply means "me." It could mean "you" or "us."
I hope that the thoughts and worries I hold within my locked heart become the key to unlocking minds.
Just as a door that refuses to open no matter how hard one tries might yield to a seemingly insignificant small key, I wish this work could play such a role. 
I dedicate this piece to the friends who are still sobbing tonight in a very narrow and dark cave.
